Hi, my name is Gates!
I came to Smiling Goat Ranch from a ranch in Wyoming. I have red hair on my body and mane, making me chestnut colored, and I have tall “stockings” on all of my legs! Even though I may not look like it, I’m actually a registered American Paint Horse, and got to be in Chrome Magazine! I’m 26 years old, 16 hands, 1200 lbs, and a gelding. I’m friends with everybody I meet, and do lots of riding!
Fun fact: American paint horses are world-renowned thanks to their calm nature and unwavering intelligence.
