Smiling Goat Ranch is a local, non-profit program that simply could not function without our amazing volunteers. We accept volunteers who have a passion for our mission and a willingness to learn. Whether you are interested in helping out with weekly playdate sessions or a special project, we would love to work with you.

Volunteers ages 14 and older can help with family sessions, groups, projects, and events. No experience is required. E-mail your application to sheryl@smilinggoatranch.com, and our team will be in touch! Horse Boy Method certification is available for those 16 and older who are interested in learning to back-ride. Youth ages 11-14 are invited to join our junior volunteer program!

There is a wonderful staff and crew of volunteers - and the true stars are the family of animals who seem to know exactly what is needed at that particular moment in time.
